- Vitamins ‘could shorten lifespan’
Taking certain vitamins, such as antioxidant supplements such as vitamins A and E, and beta-carotene, may adversely affect your lifespan. So, remember to maintain a good balanced diet rather than relying solely on supplements for your nutritionally needs.

- Low-fat diary infertility warning
Hmmm … too much low-fat diary in their diet can cause some women to have more difficulty in conceiving. A study by Harvard University finds that women ‘who frequently ate low-fat diary food were about 85% more likely to have ovulation problems.

- Common cold virus claimed to ‘kill’ cancer
This is quite an amazing discovery by Australian scientists if they can make it work on humans. Then we’ll have a ready cure for cancer. In addition, it will also eliminate the bad side effects, nausea and hair loss, from the common forms of treatment by chemotherapy and radiation.

Absolutely true! Too much of anything is bad for you.
