Chanced upon this last week via Digg, I think.
Just looking at the photos and reading the captions brought tears to my eyes as it shows the many difficult moments a single mother has to face while taking care of his cancer-stricken child. A very well-taken and heart-warming set of photos by Renee C. Byer of the Sacramento Bee. Definitely deserving to win the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for feature photography.
