Went to see the GP after discovering spots on my body and it’s confirmed that I’ve got chicken pox. Will be stuck at home for next couple of weeks and home alone as well because am afraid the son will get it. Can’t imagine when the pox dry up as it’s already a little itchy as I’ve read that it’ll be extremely itchy when it dries up.
It’ll be a good time to get a good rest. But I’ll be missing all the Christmas parties.

So sorry to hear this. Are you feeling better and are able to enjoy the holidays? I had them 3 times and now have horrible fever blisters. I figure shingles are in my future.
Thanks, Kelly. Yup, am slowly getting better though my wife and kid are staying with her parents. So, I’m home alone with our dog.
Thankfully, it wasn’t as itchy as everyone made it out to be. Maybe it was the medicine the GP gave.
But it’s scary to know that it’s possible to get chicken pox 3 times. For me, once is one too many. :)
